UNWANTED ITEMS? - NO PROBLEM RETURNS WITHIN 1 YEAR
There is no need to worry if you have had a change of heart with your purchase. You can return an item within 1 Year by sending the notice of cancellation by email to returns@lakeland.zendesk.com ensuring that you quote your name, address, order reference number.
To qualify for the 1 Year Return your item must not have been assembled or used and is complete in its original packaging. You can return it to us or we can arrange collection on your behalf and this will be deducted from your final refund. Please PRINT OUT this RMA LABEL fill in the details and include it in your returns box.
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
Any unwanted goods that have been opened or do not have complete original packaging can be returned to us within 28 days. You can post back to us or we can arrange for a carrier to collect the items on your behalf and this will be deducted from your final refund.
FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS
Any products that you have received with a defect or are received in error from Lakeland Furniture, we will be happy to replace/exchange. Please inform us of any damage by email to damage@lakeland.zendesk.com ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number. If over 28 Days photographs of the damage must be included.
All returned goods must be in a full un-used condition.
All refunds will be processed within 21 days of return.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
